For independent compliance practices
You see your client once a year. Their customers arrive every week.
Reviews and advice come round annually. CDD runs daily, on every new customer, and it is the part a small practice has no way to resource. Your client struggles with it, and you are not in the room.
Two ways to work with us
- Refer
- You introduce the client and stay their adviser. ARCaml runs the CDD. The customer contracts with us, so there is nothing for you to deliver, staff or carry.
- Operate
- You are the contact point, and you are the one with the answer. When the client calls about a customer you already have the case in front of you, the checks, the screening results, and how each flag was resolved. You give them a view on the spot rather than promising to find out. Our analysts do the work behind it.
Someone has to hold that role. For a firm with no in-house compliance function there are two candidates, us or a practice like yours. If you do not hold it, we will, and you are back to seeing the client once a year.
What stays yours
- Your client stays your client
- We hold the contract for the CDD, not the advisory relationship.
- Your independence stays intact
- You will not be asked to evaluate CDD you operate yourself. That line is the regime's, and we keep it.
What it gives you
Your reviews get easier. CDD evidence arrives organised, every flag resolved to a named cause, so the work takes hours rather than days.
Work comes the other way too. We market directly to newly regulated firms, and those customers need operational support.
Reviewing a client who uses ARCaml? Ask for the evaluator pack. CDD report, supporting documents and a walkthrough, at no cost.
